SEIJ – CTO/CIO Independent consultant

Apr. 2025 – today
Paris, Île-de-France, France – IT consulting

Independent CTO/CIO consultant engaged by executives, funds and specialist firms to secure a handover, support leadership already in place or navigate a sensitive phase.

I step in to run targeted diagnostics so leaders have a clear, decision-ready trajectory.

Work carried out with Start with WCPGR (Texas) to put AI to the test in concrete scenarios — for example, “vibe coding” code audits and tooling for microprocessor test chains. This lab turns field feedback into an operational CTO/CIO framework that brings AI into audit, governance, security, cost control and software quality.
