Urgent engagement: move a transport ERP to 100% web to secure a major client. Immediate takeover, framing/architecture and execution with a small team; metadata‑driven rendering engine reproducing ~3,500 screens; back‑for‑front.

80% of screens at 6 months → client “go”; production at 12 months → moved to SaaS.

Designed a holographic display technology for web and mobile environments. Prototyped and developed rendering engines, coordinated R&D, deployed across various media, documented and handed over.

Took over the company’s information system (cosmetics). Rationalized costs. Built the website and e‑commerce, defined the digital strategy and executed it. Reassessed, audited and transformed manufacturing and delivery processes, implemented in the ERPs.

Created and developed the first SaaS ERP dedicated to restaurant chains. Full design: HR modeling, management, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, flow control. Hardware integration, multi‑site management, document automation.

Project manager for the community Internet network rollout and security solutions. Deployed email and groupware with shared calendars. Built an intranet with an internal CMS integrated with the groupware. Oversaw the creation of the public website.
