SEIJ – CTO/CIO Independent consultant
Apr. 2025 – today
Paris, Île-de-France, France – IT consulting
Independent CTO/CIO consultant engaged by executives, funds and specialist firms to secure a handover,
support leadership already in place or navigate a sensitive phase.
I step in to run targeted diagnostics so leaders have a clear, decision-ready trajectory.
Work carried out with Start with WCPGR (Texas) to put AI to the test in concrete scenarios — for example,
“vibe coding” code audits and tooling for microprocessor test chains. This lab turns field feedback into
an operational CTO/CIO framework that brings AI into audit, governance, security, cost control and software quality.

Multi‑year interim engagement to audit, restart and modernize a wealth‑management product (SaaS and on‑prem) for enterprise clients. Secured signatures and fit with banking IS; full mandate over technical decisions, organization and product prioritization.
Technical recovery (modular, API‑led architecture; business rules refocus), regulatory catch‑up, monthly delivery cadence; hardening (isolation, stronger auth, logging) and execution fundamentals (CI/CD, change management, QA, monitoring). Backlog under control, team ramped up; product relaunched, predictable delivery, triple‑digit growth.
